Why We Built 361°

The Australian and New Zealand construction industry does not have a technology problem. It has a fragmentation problem. Firms juggle dozens of tools — BIM authoring, project management, estimating, scheduling, safety, quality, document management — each operating in its own silo with its own data format and its own login.

AI makes this fragmentation worse, not better, if each new capability is bolted on as yet another standalone tool. What the industry needs is a unified platform that brings AI-powered intelligence to the workflows construction teams already use, without adding complexity.

That is what 361° is. Today, we are making it available to construction teams across Australia and New Zealand.

What the Platform Does

Estimation Intelligence

Upload your drawings — PDF, DWG, RVT, or IFC — and the platform generates automated quantity takeoffs using computer vision models trained specifically on Australian and New Zealand construction documentation. Quantities are structured, auditable, and exportable to your preferred estimating tool.

The platform's predictive cost engine then overlays historical pricing data from comparable projects in your region, generating probability-weighted cost estimates rather than single-point numbers. You see the likely range, the confidence level, and the key risk drivers.

Schedule Analytics

Connect your programme (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Asta Powerproject) and the platform applies AI-powered schedule risk analysis. It identifies the activities most likely to cause delay, suggests realistic durations based on historical data, and provides early warning indicators when progress deviates from plan.

Schedule analytics update continuously as new progress data is entered, so the risk picture is always current — not a snapshot from the last planning meeting.

Document Processing

The platform reads and processes construction documents at scale. Drop in a specification and it extracts material requirements, compliance obligations, and quality benchmarks. Upload a contract and it identifies key dates, notice periods, and unusual conditions. Feed in RFIs and it searches the project document set for relevant information to accelerate responses.

Quality and Safety Monitoring

Integrate site cameras or upload drone surveys and the platform's computer vision engine analyses visual data for quality deviations and safety hazards. Defects and hazards are geolocated, categorised, assigned, and tracked through to resolution.

Project Dashboard

Everything comes together in a unified project dashboard that gives project managers, directors, and clients a clear view of project health — cost, time, quality, and safety — updated in real time and accessible from any device.

Built for Australian and New Zealand Construction

This is not a Silicon Valley product adapted for the southern hemisphere. 361° was built from the ground up for the Australian and New Zealand market:

  • Local data models — AI trained on AU/NZ projects, pricing, regulations, and construction practices
  • Standards compliance — built-in support for NCC, AS/NZS standards, and state-level requirements
  • Australian hosting — data stored and processed in Australian data centres
  • Local support — our team is based in Australia, available in your timezone

Pricing and Access

The 361° platform is available in three tiers:

  • Essentials — estimation intelligence and document processing for small teams
  • Professional — full platform access including schedule analytics and quality monitoring
  • Enterprise — portfolio-level analytics, custom integrations, and dedicated support

We are offering early-access pricing to firms that sign up during Q1 2026. All plans include onboarding support, training, and a 30-day evaluation period.

What Our Early Users Are Saying

We have been working with a select group of Australian construction firms during our development phase. Their feedback has shaped the platform:

"The estimation tool alone has saved us two days per tender. The fact that it integrates with everything else is what makes it a platform, not just another point solution." — Senior Estimator, commercial builder, Sydney

"We used to have five different tools to get the visibility that 361° gives us in one dashboard. It is the first construction technology investment where adoption was not a fight." — Operations Manager, tier-two builder, Melbourne

Getting Started

We have designed the onboarding process to get teams productive within a week. The typical path:

  1. Connect your data sources — BIM models, programmes, document stores
  2. Configure your project — the platform adapts to your project structure and reporting needs
  3. Run your first analysis — see AI-generated insights on a live project within the first session
  4. Train your team — guided onboarding ensures every user understands their workflows

There is no long-term contract required. We believe the platform should earn your continued use through the value it delivers, not lock you in through commercial terms.

Request early access to the 361° platform and see what AI-powered construction intelligence looks like in practice.
