About 361°
Our team comes from BIM coordination and construction consultancy — delivering projects from major infrastructure bridges to commercial towers and rail corridors. We saw the same problem everywhere: construction companies running critical operations on spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and tribal knowledge. So we started building software to fix it — first for ourselves, then for companies like yours.
We don't guess how construction works. We've lived it. Every tool we build is grounded in real site experience.
No templates. No workarounds. We build the exact tool your team needs, around your data and your workflow.
We stay involved after delivery. Ongoing support, iteration, and improvement as your business evolves.
Because we also work with your tools. We integrate directly with the platforms your team already uses.

Where We Come From
Our team was part of the delivery teams on these projects — providing BIM coordination, digital engineering, and technical documentation that kept them moving. That experience building digital tools for real projects is what drives everything we build today.

Our team provided 3D modelling, drone scan processing, and turning simulations to support the transport of a 61m bridge structure through Auckland's urban streets. Delivering digital tools on projects with this level of spatial complexity is why our software understands how construction teams think about site logistics.

Our team delivered the digital methodology submission for one of the largest road infrastructure tenders in the region — producing 3D models, quantity estimates, and technical drawings that resolved traffic management and earthworks challenges. That experience supporting tenders at scale is baked into every tool we build.

On this Prahran residential development, our team delivered the digital engineering — hydraulic design models, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for water supply, drainage, and stormwater systems. Living through that documentation grind is exactly why we build tools that eliminate it.

Our team provided BIM coordination, hydraulic modelling, and technical documentation to support delivery of Fisher & Paykel's $220M headquarters — a three-building, 1,000-person campus featuring NZ's largest mass timber building. Supporting digital delivery at this scale taught us what real coordination software needs to do.

Our team delivered BIM coordination and digital engineering services to support a $56.4M hospital expansion — while the facility stayed fully operational. Coordinating complex digital models in a live environment taught us how critical reliable data and clear workflows are under pressure.

Three new railway stations for South Auckland's growing communities. Our team produced the detailed digital engineering drawings and 3D models that supported delivery across all three sites. Working across multi-site rail projects showed us how disconnected tools slow everything down — and what to build instead.
What We Build
Embedding AI tools into your existing site and office workflows. Not off-the-shelf — built around your processes, your data, and how your team actually operates. For example, we built a custom clash detection tool in-house to identify and resolve BIM conflicts faster — cutting coordination time on live projects.

Purpose-built estimating, procurement, and operations systems. Your data, your trade categories, your pricing logic. No more forcing your workflow into someone else's software. Another example is our custom operations dashboard we built to give the Oxcon team one place for tasks, RFIs, reporting, and company tools. No more jumping between systems.

A fully custom estimating platform built around Oxcon's specific workflows, trade categories, and historical pricing data — replacing manual spreadsheet processes with a fast, structured system.

Bespoke web and mobile tools for project tracking, document management, and team coordination. Built to give you visibility without the complexity you don't need. We built a custom web-based viewer that transformed how we present construction methodology models — giving anyone, on any device, access to our 3D models without needing specialist software.

A direct integration between Workbench and Benchmark, eliminating manual data entry. Job costings, budgets, and financial data flow automatically — saving the team hours of admin every week.

BIM upskilling, workflow audits, and AI readiness programs for your team. We help you understand where AI fits and build the internal capability to use it.
Talk to our teamWhat our clients say
“We were losing two full days per project on safety documentation alone. Their system generates compliant site safety plans from our project brief in under ten minutes.”
“The AI estimation tool caught discrepancies in our material quantities that our team had missed on a $12M residential project. It paid for itself before we even finished the pilot.”
“We needed something that worked with our existing BIM pipeline, not against it. The 3D modelling tool slots into our Revit workflow without any of the usual integration headaches.”
“Our quantity surveyors were spending entire weekends on takeoffs. Now the AI handles the first pass and they focus on the 10% that actually needs human judgment. We've cut turnaround from five days to one.”
“We trialled three other AI platforms before 361°. They were the only ones who understood that construction teams need tools that work offline on site, not just in the office.”

How we work
Fixed pricing. Weekly progress. Built by people who've been on your side of the table.
We visit your office or site. We watch how your team estimates, where the friction is, and what data you're working with. We map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and define exactly what needs to be built.
We map the solution — what gets built, in what order, how long it takes, and what it costs. You get a fixed-scope proposal with a clear timeline and price. No surprises.
We build it. You see progress weekly. We test with your real data, not dummy inputs. If something's off, we catch it early.
We hand it over, train your team, and stay available. Ongoing support and iteration as your needs evolve. A system your team owns, with documentation and training.
Stop forcing your workflow into someone else's software. Let's talk about building tools that actually fit how your team works.
FAQ
Most teams are up and running within two to four weeks. We handle data migration, integrations with your existing tools (Procore, Aconex, Revit), and on-site training so your team is productive from day one.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We host on Australian infrastructure (AWS Sydney region), comply with the Australian Privacy Act, and can execute NDAs and data processing agreements before any data is shared.
Yes. We integrate directly with Revit, ArchiCAD, Procore, Aconex, Navisworks, and Power BI. If you use something else, our API connects to most construction management platforms. No rip-and-replace required.
Book a free 30-minute workflow review with our team. We'll look at how your team currently works, where the friction is, and whether custom software is the right solution. No pitch, no pressure — just a conversation about what's slowing your business down.
Because the founders aren’t tech people who learned about construction from the outside — they actively run their own construction and engineering businesses. They deal with the same estimating and operational problems you do, every week. That changes the kind of software that gets built.
Everything 361° builds is custom. We don’t sell a product you adapt to — we build tools around how your business actually operates. That means your data, your workflows, your trade categories.
